MOBILE AXE THROWING

Have you ever wanted to feel like a Viking?  Or do you just want to know what it is like to throw an axe?


We have two different ways to enjoy our axe throwing hire.

Our original way and the best way for small teams, parties and friends to experience axe throwing together. 

We call these options our "GO Axe" and "GO Axe Plus" and "GO Big Axe" experiences.  Here you stay as a group, with an instructor.  Learn how to throw proper throwing axes.  Have individual competitions, group games and more. We will throw at 3 metre distances as well as upto 10 metres with our extra targets and larger axes.


Mobile Axe Throwing Hire in Hampshire and beyond.  We travel a radius of around 100 miles from Wickham (PO17) with our adventurous activities.

Minimum age for Axe Throwing:

10 Years:  GO Axe and GO Axe Plus

GO Axe

Our GO Axe setup comes with two targets, a pop up gazebo, bunting to mark out the area and a variety of axes along with an instructor. 


If there is space we can bring two extra targets for the bigger axes. 


We will start with a demonstration and then practices for all.  We will then get in to some individual scoring rounds.  Followed by some team games.  If we have the space we can move to the bigger axes as a group.


We can also use this set up for axe throwing have a go sessions, corporate parties and birthdays.


We use properly weighted axes for throwing on our standard targets.  Then we have larger axes where you can add some power on the bigger distance targets.

   

GO Axe Plus

Our GO Axe Plus setup comes with four targets, a pop up gazebo, bunting to mark out the area and a variety of axes along with two instructors. 


We will start with a group brief on the main two targets.  After the brief a few at a time can go with the second instructor to have a go with the larger axes at a greater distance.  The rest of the group will stay with the main axes for practice and scoring then games.  Whilst a few at a time go off to the other targets.


This is recommended for larger groups.  We can also run this for turn up and have a go axe throwing groups and corporate parties or team building sessions.


We use properly weighted axes for throwing on our standard targets.  Then we have larger axes where you can add some power on the bigger distance targets.



 

GO Big Axe

Our GO Big Axe setup comes with two targets, a pop up gazebo, bunting to mark out the area and a variety of larger axes along with an instructor. 


We bring out the bigger axes and the longer distance throwing.  Use your excess energy and a bit of rage to throw our two headed axes and our chopping axes over 5 metres.


We usually set up at 6 and 8 metres.  After some practices and use of the various axes we can move to longer distances (space permitting).
